MOBILE RESEARCH
Near-instanteous research results
The fieldwork division of APMI Partners have successfully developed a new mobile device research service where respondents feel more engaged in undertaking mobile surveys, resulting in very high response rates and increased depth of information provided. In terms of speed of completion, in a recent survey of 1,500 young adults (aged 18-30) in Singapore regarding their attitudes and usage towards mobile banking services, 83% completed the survey within 5 hours of it being sent to them, the client could view the findings in real-time via a dashboard interface and the project was completed in 19 hours from it being commissioned.
